Description
Armature Electric Ltd. is a major electro-mechanical service provider and distributor based in Burnaby, BC.
This project focused on rethinking an existing website and infusing it with more energy – without unnecessary complexity. The primary goal was to create a modern, clear, and highly readable experience while maintaining a simple, well-structured layout, and more importantly, being responsive.

Problem
The old website felt outdated and cluttered, with an unclear structure. The overall design lacked focus, hierarchy, and a sense of premium quality, making it hard for users to know where to go next.
Also, the old website was likely not fully responsive, making it difficult for users to view it on mobile devices.
Solution
I led the end-to-end redesign of Armature Electric’s web presence, transforming an outdated, text-heavy site into a high-converting, responsive platform.
First, I started making improvements to their Information Architecture to make it easy for users to navigate and find what they are looking for.
I streamlined the navigation and implemented a modern visual hierarchy that emphasizes lead generation. The result is a professional, accessible experience that reinforces their position as British Columbia’s premier motor repair experts.
